    cannot find product key or reciept and must install office 2010 student on laptop

    downloaded and installed fine but i deleted the email byaccident

      If it's installed and activated already on a machine, then you can use Belarc Advisor to see the Key (www.belarc.com)
      If you bought it from the MS Store, then log in to your Store account - the key should be there
      If you bought it from elsewhere, contact the vendor - they may have records.
