    Hello sensingfor,

If your issue is with Windows, please go to http://microsoft.com/genuine/diag and click the Start Diagnostic button.

If your issue is with Office, please know that you have a Trial version of Office installed.  If when you open Office program, you get a pop-up asking for a Product Key, it means that the Office Trial is approaching (or has passed) the end of it's trial period.  To continue using Office, you will need to purchase it.

Note: the Product Key from the sticker attached to the side or bottom of the computer is for Windows only and will not work in Office

    Thank you,
    Darin MS
