Windows 7 Activation/Inactivation

Thursday, April 15, 2010 1:15 PMI had installed Windows 7 and activated it on my laptop. Then like a month later my motherboard died. I now have a new laptop and have installed Windows 7 on it but it won't activate because it says the product key has already been used. Is there any way to inactivate Windows 7 from my old computer so it can activate on my new one?
