non-genuine windows issue, tried everything the forums have told me to

  after cloning my hard drive to a newer larger hard drive because my old one was reaching its capacity, my computer has been telling me that my copy of windows is not genuine when it is, I have read through several forums to find answers and tried everything but nothing is working, I tried using sfc/scannow command only to have it tell me that there were files that it could not replace, ran MGADiag again after and the same files that were tampered/mismatched were the same, meaning it did nothing for my system, tried using windows activation update but it won't install, downloaded the system readiness update tool, that wont install either, both cases come up with error 0xC8000247. I need help in getting my windows back to being recognized as genuine.
