Thanks for the chance to discuss the dreaded 'faded license' issue.
A client brought us this infected GW MD2419u with a Non-Genuine status, and an unreadable COA.
Might you point us in the right direction to license their laptop correctly?
It's got the Windows7 (HP64) Badge on top, and hasn't been re-formatted since their purchase.
There's no D:\ (Recovery) partition, either.
Any help is appreciated!

Please read the first sticky at the top of this page, "Please Read Before Posting," and post an MGADiag report for this computer.
Also, you can order recovery media from HP (and should in any case).
