Activation Product key invalid

  I purchased Office 2010 home and business on CD. The first time I installed i hd no problems. Then I had to have my computer formatted and when I re-install it there are no problems. But when I want to activate the programs it says my product key it invalid.

  I have followed all the help wizard options but it didn't help. 
  

  I tried activate by telephone but when I copy the confirmation key in it have one set of numbers that I cant eneter as there is no space for it then it tells me my confirmation key is incorrect so I cant even get in that way.

  HELP HELP PLEASE.
