    Your computer is using the wrong product key, if Dell sent you an upgrade then it should have included a system builder key to perform the upgrade. THe key on your computer is a windows 7 SLP key.

    Windows Product Key: *****-*****-QCPVQ-KHRB8-RMV82
    Windows Product Key Hash: +Rj3N34NLM2JqoBO/OzgzTZXgbY=                    <------Product key information
    Windows Product ID: 00359-OEM-8992687-00095
    Windows Product ID Type: 2
    Windows License Type: OEM SLP
    Windows OS version: 6.1.7600.2.00010300.0.0.003

    Your computer doesn't support windows 7 SLP activation, it does not have the SLP 2.1 marker

    OEM Activation 2.0 Data-->
    BIOS valid for OA 2.0: yes
    Windows marker version: 0x0                                     <----------------------Bios marker information
    OEMID and OEMTableID Consistent: yes

    Check the media and packaging from the upgrade that Dell sent you, If you do not have that then contact Dell.

    Thanks

    Carl
