    Hello catallinb,

If you are not receiving a Non-Genuine message, then your Windows is likely Genuine.

Is there a specific reason why you think your Windows 7 might be non-genuine?

An OEM Windows is genuine if it is installed on an older laptop?
I bought an OEM license and I installed it on my old laptop that I had already bought.

Provided that specific OEM License had never been installed on any
    other computer, yes, it's genuine.
