Didencar,
Please follow these steps for assistance:
Step 1 is to run the utility at this link http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=52012, then click the Windows tab, click the "Copy" button, then paste the report into a response in this thread.
Step 2 is to look on the computer or with the materials you received with the computer or with your retail purchase of Windows to see if you have a Certificate of Authenticity (COA). If you have one, tell us about the COA. Tell us:
1. What edition of Windows XP is it for, Home, Pro, or Media Center, or another version of Windows?
2. Does it read "OEM Software" or "OEM Product" in black lettering?
3. Or, does it have the computer manufacturer's name in black lettering?
4. DO NOT post the Product Key.
Not sure what to look for? See this page for reference: http://www.microsoft.com/resources/howtotell/en/coa.mspx

Hello isidroydanny,
According to this extract of your mgadiag report, your HP Pavilion computer currently has a nongenuine Volume Licensing (VL) installation of Windows XP Pro on it. If you do an internet search for the part of the product key shown in the report (JMFBY-8F4CM-PDMQW) you'll see that this is a widely pirated and posted product key. An Invaldi Key is one which was never been issued by Microsoft.

Validation Diagnostic: 025D1FF3-230-1
Resolution Status: N/ARegarding the Office Enterprise 2007 installation on the computer, it too is a nongenuine installation of a VL product. The status of 103 Blocked VLK means that the product key used to install was at one time a genuine product key issued to a legitimate VL customer, but subsequently the product key was lost, stolen, or compromised, widely abused, and Microsoft has Blocked the key from further use due to the abuse.

Office Diagnostics: 025D1FF3-230-1If your HP Pavilion computer has a Certificate of Authenticity (CoA) from HP for Windows XP Pro on it, you should be able to use the Product Key Updater to "genuine-ize" your Windows installation. PKUpdater is here: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows/help/genuine/product-key
If your computer has a CoA for any other version or edition of Windows, then in order to get genuine you will have to backup and offload your data, then use the factory recovery discs or other Genuine Windows installation discs and Genuine product key to install a Genuine copy of Windows onto your computer.
If your computer does not have any CoA for Windows whatsoever, then it was never licensed to run Windows and you will have to purchase a license kit for Windows from your favorite Trusted Retailer and install.
Regarding Office, please correct the problem with Office being nongenuine by uninstalling Office Enterprise 2007 from your computer. The easy way is to run the MS FixIt in Method 2 of this MS KB article: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/928218 Once the nongenuine Office is removed, purchase and install a Genuine copy of Office, or use the free online Office Web Apps here: http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/web-apps/
