I have a horrible problem and I do not know how to fix it
- We have a windows security alert that keeps flashing up with some horrible sites. I can not remove it and windows one live care keeps gr=etting locked out of all the scanning what do I do to remove one care and do another virus

Your problem does not seem to be related to Windows Genuine Advantage so it is off-topic to this forum.
However, I can suggest that you visit this Microsoft site to download and run the Malicious Software Removal Tool and run the Windows Live Safety Scanner: http://www.microsoft.com/security/malwareremove/default.aspx
