I purchased the WGA Kit online but have not received any email with my keys. How long does it take? I have a order number but there seems to be nowhere to enter it to get my status...

Check your junk/spam mail box for one from service@microsoft.com. It should usually arrive within 2-4 business days in your email (depending on location).

If not, I would advice you put in a service request to track it down at http://support.microsoft.com.

    Good luck!

2 to 4 DAYS? What could possibly take so long? Everyone else that i've ever ordered a key from provides it almost instantly!  Why is Microsoft, the supposed leader, so slow?  And why depending on location? Email doesn't take longer to get to the east coast vs the west!  This makes no sense at all.

Still nothing. And no answer as to why it takes so long.

You're not the only one I am still waiting after paying by credit card on the 27th April...

Ok Phil, this is really insane. Another day without my key that I was charged for. WHAT IS THE PROBLEM?

I apologize for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you. To further elaborate on it I would like to confirm that you were in fact charged for the Key. Our process should prevent credit charges until the transaction has been completed and your new Key was sent. If this did not happen we would be most interested in determining the cause.

Have you received any e-mails from Microsoft since you requested the new Key? If you have it should provide contact information on the status of the fulfillment request. If you received this have you tried contacting that channel to get a resolution?

I look forward to your reply...

OK. I went to the website that was provided above, and finally was able to find a customer service number. I called that number and they transferred me to someone else. That person then gave me another number to call. I called the other number and they transferred me to someone else. That person told me my key was sent on 4/30. They told me to check my junk email, which I have been doing (although it is interesting that microsoft outlook would consider email from microsoft to be junk, but I digress). It was not in the regular or junk email. They then told me to send an email to yet another address to get the key resent. That address was mssupintl@one.microsoft.upgrade.com. I sent an email to them with two email addresses to send the key to. So far, I have only received an email telling me that they got my email. I find this situation intolerable maybe I should just go back to OS/X on my Intel Mac.

It sounds like we are on the right track then. If you have not received their email within 24 hours please post...

Concerning Microsoft email being identified as Junk we would not want to impose any mail on our cusotmers and unless the domain has been added to trusted emails this behavior is by default.

    Thanks
