My XP IS Genuine... Yet, the activation cancelled and started again...

  I'm an IT student here in Cebu Philippines and I'm an avid computer user... Well, cutting the chase, I have a network of computers in my house, all of which are Windows OSes and are very Genuine. I have an old assembled PC running in Windows XP Professional and a laptop and another desktop PC running in Windows Vista Home Premium and Home Basic respectively. I've been using the old PC on XP Pro for almost 4 years already and I've haven't encountered any problems with its validation, even on its Office 2007 since everything was genuine, even as I reformatted the PC for about 2 times already ... That until October 21, 2009 came.
  
  I was checking my Vista and XP desktop when, just after start-up, a notice came from the Windows Genuine Advantage saying my validation was somewhat canceled and I was to reactivate it. I opted to reactivate again but for some unknown reasons, my PC failed to reactivate, citing that the product key I was using was already used. I was both shocked and frustrated, since the PC has been running on the same OS and on the same product key for 3 years now and yet, only this time did it failed to activate on itself.
  
  I tried to reactivate it a couple of times already and yet, it won't. I downloaded a Microsoft Genuine Advantage Diagnostic Tool and here's what I got.

  After trying numerous times on reactivating, I haven't found any solution for this problem. The only thing I know is that, I could just report it here and see for yourself that my system is indeed genuine and your records should tell you that.
  
  I would like to ask for help regarding this problem. I can prove to you, my OS IS GENUINE, though both the package and the CD were misplaced somewhere in our house, I still have the receipts of its purchase, including the already genuine Office 2007 for my PC. I can't afford to spend another couple of pesos for something I paid for. Please, I need to reactivate my XP as soon as possible.
