lost product key
- a bought a genuine windows xp pro when i was working in abroad..i send it to my brother in philippines.but my bro. lost the product key.i stiil have the cd but i cant install it to my new pc..because there was no product key.could i possibly get the key through your help?its name is microsoft windows professional..includes service pack2 version 2002......2004 microsoft corporation. its ID is X12-15507. i cannot afford to buy another genuine because its so expensive here in the philippines.......hope you understand me.......hope for your help....thanks

- Sorry, but Microsoft cannot replace a product key if your's is lost or missing. They can only replace installation media.
