    I 've got a bad windows on this pc that i bought in second hand
    I've used the wga tool and the problem seem to be this Diagnostic Report (1.9.0011.0):

    http://support.dell.com/support/topics/global.aspx/support/change_order/tag_transfer

    Then after letting that percolate for a few days, order Dell Recovery/Reinstallation CDs here:
    http://support.dell.com/support/topics/global.aspx/support/dellcare/en/backupcd_form?c=us&cs=19&l=en&s=dhs&redirect=1

    Backup your data, run the CDs, and you have Genuine Windows once again.  You can look up the as shipped to see if the computer shipped with a software kit for Office--if it did, you know it was licensed to run that edition of Office.  I do not know if the Dell recovery CDs that they will send you will include Office if Office originally shipped with the computer, maybe call their customer support and ask.
