Printer Icon Missing from some Workstations but not all

  What version and service pack of GP?  Are there any customizations or 3rd party products?  If you log into GP as another user (that has the printer icon on a different workstation), is the icon there?

  As Victoria Suggested, the possibility is You're running customizations. You can disable customizations and check if this is happening for that particular user machine. Go To Microsoft Dynamics GP Menu=>Tools=>Customize=>Customization Status and disable your customizations. Now go to those screens and check if you could see the printer icon. If Yes, then You have to ask your programmer who helped you customize to reset the issue for you.

  Thank you for the information. I am checking but don't remember them having any customizations that would change the inventory window. If they do I will have them turn them off and see if it fixes the issue.
