add "advanced" option for "new panorama" ?

I trying to create plain panorama file from set of images (31 image) with success ICE make it quick and cool looking. But in final image I saw few images were incorrectly seamed (on vertical axis) one image was lower than it should. I thing it would be nice to have a possibility to specify amount of match % for images edges to seam images, like it's done with "Structured Panorama".
