Unanswered ICE hangs reading photos

    The "Structured Panorama" layout previews the images correctly. Once I hit "OK", ICE hangs "Reading source images... 0%". The task manager shows 1 core being 100% utilized. No progress after a long wait and with just a few images 2-9.

    OS: Windows 7, 64-bit

    ICE: 64-bit

    Does this happen on all photos that you try or only one particular set?
