    Installed program. Every time I launch the program it crashes and sends error before running.

    I had I C E on my computer, when asked to install lastest version I did, since then I have not been able to use ICE, I have tried uninstalling and re-installing but still unable to use the programme, just get massage saying Microsoft ICE encouter a problem and need to close
