Unanswered ICE 1.4.4 "Could Not Open the Project File"

    I just downloaded version 1.4.4 (Never owned any previous versions).  I created 2 panoramas without any trouble and saved the projects as .spj files.  However, now I am unable to open either of the project files from the menu ... File ... Open.  I get the error message "Could not open the project file".

    Any ideas?

    Did you intend to create a project file or did you really want a new image out of ICE.  If it is the latter then you should do "Export" instead of "Save"

    My guess as to why you can't open the project file is that you either deleted or moved the source images?
