Cannot access my external drivesI am using Windows XP and use external hard drives to back up my information. It was working fine until recently when my PC stopped recognizing that there was a drive attached at all. Does anyone know how to fix this? I have connected and reconnected the external drives and also tried different USB ports.

Have I posted this to the correct forum. Someone please let me know where I can find an answer to this.

Bonnie© 2009 Microsoft Corporation.
