I am using Windows XP and use external hard drives to back up my information.  It was working fine until recently when my PC  stopped recognizing that there was a drive attached at all.  Does anyone know how to fix this?  I have connected and reconnected the external drives and also tried different USB ports.<br><br>Have I posted this to the correct forum.  Someone please let me know where I can find an answer to this.<br><br><br><br>Bonnie© 2009 Microsoft Corporation.
