PLZ HELP ME!!! BIG PROBLEM.

hi! i got the big problems. First problem: when i started to play a game, crash dump happend( stop : 0x0000007F (0x00000008, 0x805D3130, 0x00000000, 0x00000000). it told me to update window. and i tried to update window, i got error code 8024419, i've tried so many times. and tried to go to this web site http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com and it took me to www.msn.com. i dont know wat happen, plz help.
second problem: when i logged in yahoo, i got crash dump ( stop: 0x0000008E (0xC0000005, 0x8B35E876, 0xAA233048, 0x00000000)
please help i i every appreciate!!
