Inconsistent display of names with accents

  In my academic profile page, my name sometimes appears with accents, sometimes without. It's acceptable if the accents are not displayed, but my first name should never show up as "Jos'e"; it should just be "Jose".

  My basic information has both my name without accents, and my native name with accents. Nowhere have I entered "Jos'e", and I don't think I can correct it.

  How can this be fixed?
