    Dear team,

    I looked up the profile for Dr. Viswanath Venkatesh (http://www.vvenkatesh.com/) on your search : http://academic.research.microsoft.com/Author/13051263 and noticed that his list of publications has been combined with another scholar with the same name.

    Does your team fix such issues or do the community members fix them ?

    If you can provide us with a list of those publications that belong to this Dr. Viswanath Venkatesh, we would be happy to separate them from those of the other author with the same name.

    Nice to get a response finally !

    I had already mailed your team at the address 2 - 3 weeks back and had also sent a follow up to that mail. As there were no responses, I checked with @MicrosoftHelps (on twitter) who suggested that I contact you by phone (which didn't work) or by regular postal mail !! 

    Would you want me to resend the mail again at the address ?
