Hi Looking up my name on a co-authors research profile I seem to have some of my papers listed underMichael O. J. ThomasPublications: 74 | Citations: 290 | G-Index: 15 | H-Index: 8However I am at The University of Auckland. I doubt that there is another Michael O. J. Thomas so I think I have been tangled up with another Michael Thomas from the University of Hannover. Some of the papers listed are mine and some are not. Can this be sorted?ThanksMike

Thanks for your information. You can follow the steps listed below to fix this problem:
1. please check whether this scholar (http://academic.research.microsoft.com/Author/50018087/michael-o-j-thomas) is you? Are all the four publications are yours?
2. if so, could you inform me the papers that belong to you on page http://academic.research.microsoft.com/Author/51631771/michael-o-j-thomas? Then I'll fix that for you.
What's more, I notice you posted another question (http://social.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/mas/thread/5e6eb42c-818c-47ee-aa96-1c50656cb111) yesterday. The hyperlink you wrote needs accout on Google scholar. And we cannot have easy access, so could you do us a favor by telling us what your problem is?
Thanks again for your support.

Many thanks for your info.
After checking, we find there are four Michael O. J. Thomas in our system and three of them are you. So we assign http://academic.research.microsoft.com/Author/51631771
as your main ID, and do necessary merges and edit your publication list.
As for Michael O. J. Thomas from University of Hannover, we figure out the following four publications are yours, “A framework for
mathematical thinking: the case of linear algebra,” “Towards student instrumentation of computer-based algebra systems in university courses,” “Embodied, symbolic and formal thinking in linear algebra,” “Student learning of basis, span and linear independence in linear algebra” are yours and have assigned them to your current ID.
All of those changes need about one week to be online, you are very welcome to check back them.
Sorry for the inconvenience it caused for you. And also sorry about the long delay for answering your question. Thanks again for your support for us.
