QuestionProblem with archive service

    Hi, I'm trying to use the archive service but when I try to Play/record with conference XP, the following message displays:

    I wonder if there could be a version mismatch between the client and the Archive Service?  If you are using one of the public archive services, let me know which one, and I will test with my clients.  If you have your own Archive Service you could look at the event logs to see if there are any more clues.
