Help with conferenceXP

Hi
I need urgent help with this plataform.

I have Venue Service and Reflector on windowsXP PC. But when i want connect from other PC just reflector service run, but i dont see the venues.

for examples my venueservice is in http://200.91.25.232:8080/Venueservice.

One venue service is

ICC

ip address 234.10.1.1 port 8080

wereaver: y dont see never venue service

i need help please

will be problem of blocked port?

Answer please.

if somebody speak o write spanish much better
