Locked Visual Web Developer 2010 download

    From the MS Express download page it says click this and Installer 3.0 will load and then Web Developer 2010 will install automatically.  The installer installed but there was no automatic download/install of Web Developer Express.  I tried to reinstall but the error said "your OS does not qualify."  That was a misleading message for the installer already having been loaded.  I ran the installer and finally discovered that there are choices for various products and applications.  However, none of the choices seem to be for any of the Express applications.  So all of the instructions for downloading the Express applications via the 3.0 installer seem to be dead ends and the installer itself seems to not have some of the choices that you would expect it should under the circumstances.  Finally I read somewhere about being able to buy a CD from Microsoft for installing these Express applications which would get around all these difficulties of having to do it from the Internet.
