- I RECENTLY BOUGHT AN WINDOWS XP NET BOOK and it doesnt have a cd drive and for no reson out of no where i have viruses but i cant figure out how to install windows live one care because i already have it purchased. i tried downloading this program on the internet and after so long of waiting (hours) then it finally said process cant be complete because anothere instance of windows installer is on. WHAT SHOULD I DO ? :(
