QuestionUnable to check for updates. Error code:80070424.

    I tried the following troubleshooting steps:

    Unable to  check for updates: 80070424.

     

    1. Take registry backup in customer computer 2. save this zip file to your desktop 3. Upload this zip file to customer computer using Easy assist transfer 4. Download this zip file in customer computer 5. Extract this zip file in customer computer 6. Right click on the extracted registry file and choose "Merge"

    7. Restart the computer.

     

    It worked 2 times. But after that it never worked. Please advice any other solutions.
