    i can not do much at all on my laptop because the whole system freezes up and does not respond not long after logging on to windows. this has been going on for about 3 weeks now, i cant even restore my system that i know of because i never set up a restore point. although i have heard alot about how bad everything is, ie. sony vaio, vista.  i really need some help, please!!!!!
