Locked Communicator 2007 Alert Visibilty

    In OCS is there a way to have a more visible alert when receiving a new message or when added content is entered in the conversation.  The small popup window is not very noticeable, resolution notwithstanding, and the audible notification is not effective in our work environment.

      you can set up your Communicator from setup audio and video 

      answer with headset and ring with speaker
