    Hello

    Not sure if this is the right forum but I cant find a better one.

    Just bought the device above and installed the software from the microsoft hardware site.  I am running windows 7 64bit.  I get an intialisaion error when I launch live cam.  Tried it in skype and it picks up the audio but no video.

    can anyone offer any guiadance
