QuestionICE-Problems with building-structures

I made a deep-soom pic of a building, consisting of ca. 40 shots at 105mm, which works fine. Now i tried to get further and took 200 shots at 250mm. But now ICE has problems in fitting together the phptos with very similar roof tiles and bricks.

Is there a way around that problem, or do i have to stay at lower focal length?

As i only need a few parts of the builing to be very deep zoomable, is there a way to combine different focal lengths?

Hello.  Good questions.  Unfortunately you have hit a limitation of ICE.  When you zoom way in like this there is a large possibilty of finding repeated structures and ICE gets confused.  There currently is no way to work around this.  We also cannot handle different focal lengths.  However, Photosynth does handle different focal lengths so this may be an alternative.

Thanks for your help, i'll look at Photosynth.

ICE and HDView are great stuff ;)
