- How do you keep and bring up older emails in your in box? Mail from more than a month or so?

- By default, Outlook has "AutoArchive" turned on. Check tools \ option \ select the "other" tab \ Click "AutoArchive" button. If you have it enabled, it will show a PST file where older archived e-mail kept.
