SAAS requires RDC 6.1 after installing from MS link my ver is still 6.0.6?
I am trying to connect to a SAAS (software as a service) at my work. The error I'm getting is telling me I need RDC 6.1 or newer to access the site. I downloaded from this link:

after installing & rebooting my version is still 6.0.6. I am running Windows XP Pro SP2 (upgrading to SP3 isn't an option, it conflicts with proprietary software installed).
