QuestionProblem in windows server 2003

    I install the Venue Service in windows server 2003 on Internet server (Real IP) and install CXP on my machine private ip (192....host) the result of CXP when I connect to the my server (win2003) show  one  venue (Local Venue). What wrong on my server how to fix it.

    My server environment

        MS windows server 2003 with IIS 6.0

    My Client

        MS windows xp service pack 2

    Note : when I connect to the server web site (venue service site) the system ask me for input the User name and Password (Is the cause of my problem).

    Yo,

    Please go to your Venue Service machine, right click on venueservice.asmx, and choose browse.  Until you are able to get that part working, a remote machine only complicates matters.

    You shoudl not have to provide a UserName and Password if IIS is configured for its default settings.

    Thank for this advance now the venue list are show.
    Now I have a new problem the problem is can it use over the internet1 and how to install CXP reflector service and Can the CXP reflector service and CXP venue Service is the same machine.

    Yes, you can install Venue Service and Reflector on the same machine.  Generally, the Reflector should be on a multicast enabled cloud so that the data is not uselessly repeated for those users.  If it isn't on a MC cloud, then everyone will have to connect to it through unicast.

    For Internet1 you have to use unicast.  We have 2 solutions...

    1.  For connecting just 2 nodes, you can use 2-way unicast (if you can get a real address for your machine).

    2.  For 3 or more nodes (or if you can't get a real address for your machine) use the Reflector.

    Be aware that only one machine behind the NAT will receive the data.
