Still have unwanted popups

I just installed Live onecare since I knew I had spyware. It deleted or quaritined 9 viruses and says I am clean. I am still getting unwanted popups. I believe there is still some spyware on here.
Why didn't this get everything?

If you are still getting unwanted popups, I agree that you are still infected. Contact support to get help with complete removal of whatever OneCare seems to have missed.
