I think I've been infected by an app claiming to be "vista antispyware 2010"

Thursday, March 04, 2010 5:25 AMI clicked on a Google alert and ever since I been getting pop-ups by an application calling itself "vista antispyware 2010" and telling me I need to buy it.. I have One Care, before this, antivirus was on, and now the anti virus is turned off and won't allow me to turn it on.
everytime I bring up One Care the "Vista Antispyware 2010" pops up telling me I need to register- Moved by Stephen BootsMVP, Moderator Thursday, March 04, 2010 1:55 PM infection (From:Windows Live OneCare Tune-up)

If you are using Windows Live OneCare and you have been infected, but OneCare did not detect or cannot remove the malware, please contact support to report this and for help with removal.
