Had Problems with live One Care the day i Installed it.

My Windows Defender screamed at me to say it had some Trojan: Trojan:win32/AgentBypass.gen!K,
As it was defender who found it.
I thought i will by One care i was happy with Avast till today as it didn't find the Trojan, i thought i will buy one from Microsoft and went to live One care and downloaded and bought it.
Installed it and then ran the system scan.
had to close it in order to shut down the PC.
but Onecare again Screamed at me Look at me Look at me i found the same Trojan!!
I went into administrator mode and said to remove the Trojan,
Guess what the system Hanged to death.
This is my Fist day experience with Microsoft Onecare Live.
What am i supposed to do should i buy another Aunty Virus software !! To Help One Care .
Any information on what to do next will be appreciated.

If you are using Windows Live OneCare and you have been infected, but OneCare cannot remove the malware, please contact support to report this and for help with removal.
