I have tried several times to back up my files, but Live One says the CD's I'm using are corrupt. I have used 2 different brand names and they are brand new.
Please advise if someone knows how to correct this.
Thanks

I had a similar problem because Windows writes to a blank cd immediately rendering the disk useless. I had to change Windows response to an empty cd to none. I hope this helps.

I've never heard of Windows writing to a blank CD upon insertion. The most common reason for this problem is that you are using a previously used (and erased) RW disk or are using a disk prepared by a 3rd party burning software product.
If this isn't the case, you should contact support for help. For the 2.0 beta, http://help.live.com/help.aspx?project=onecarev2 -use the "Get More Help" link in the lower right of the page to contact support via email.
