When Backup is selected it stops at 2% Then when I cancel it says was unable to contact central backup device. Even though it say it's unable to contact backup device it shows the size of the backup and the amount of backup space available.
When One Care was first installed on this laptop the backups worked fine. Trying to resolve this problem I have uninstalled and reinstalled One Care, and tried turning the firewall to off, with no luck.
The hub computer is running Windows XP, the other laptop is running Windows XP Pro, and the problem laptop is running Windows Vista.
Any idea's what actions I should take next??? Thanks

What is the Centralized Backup destination? Is it a network Share? Are the permissions correctly set - that is, full control for all users, or "everyone" to the Share?
