Locked Live One Care does not recognize blank disc during back up.

    I have used Live One Care back up on my desk top and it worked perfectly but my laptop is in yellow status and when I go to back up files it constantly tells me there is no disc in the drive.

    It tells me to place a blank disc into the drive and continue. I have done this over and over with many discs that I know are blank ( the same ones I have used to back up my desktop).

    Can someone tell me how to correct this?

      What type of discs are they? If they are RW discs are they new or erased? Do you have any other software that may be monitoring for discs inserted into the drive such as Nero InCd or their Media watch program?
