    1Care mi segnala che il firewall è disattivo ed  è impossibile modificare le Impostazioni, nel tentativo di scaricare lo Strumento di pulitura del firewall Richiede di essere  amministratore privilegiato e non lo installa pur essendo entrato come AMMINISTRATORE  Cosa vuol dire amministratore privilegiato?
