Thursday, June 10, 2010 11:52 PMI received a message from Microsoft the other day saying Windows One LiveCare has experienced a problem and the firewall has to taken down. I've tried everything I can to bring it back since then and it keeps telling me it can't bring the firewall back up. Reboots, help deck in "fix-it" mode and clicking everything possible doesn't help. I've sent a message to the HELP desk asking if it's me or does Microsoft have a problem but have yet to get an answer. Anyone have the same problem or is it just me?
