At this time we cannot enable the Windows OneCare firewall which apparently has been indefinitely turned off which is putting the PC at risk. I have downloaded and completed the repair tool with no success. I even downloaded an application to detect any malware and I still cannot get the PC to the turn the firewall back on without going into error status. Any suggestions?
