  Still having some sort of trouble. I have followed all steps and still nothing.

   

  I can't open up any programs what so ever, besides my internet. My computer does not tell me I am on wi-fi instead it shows the red cross, doesn't notify me when my battery is about to die. I pretty much cannot do anything but run my internet and try and look for some solution to this, but still nothing seems to work. I deleted one care with the cleanup and still I have the same known issues.

   

  Is there ever going to be a solution to all this
