I am running Windows XP Professional edition with Explorer 8, but the windows live onecare says "we're sorry..."

Locked I am running Windows XP Professional edition with Explorer 8, but the windows live onecare says "we're sorry..."

    My computer has been RECOVERED from a previous edition of Windows XP, so perhaps that has something to do with the problem: it was purchased through PUBLISHER'S CLEARINGHOUSE, and I did not know it was a RECOVERED laptop until I recieved it. I use Windows live onecare on my other laptop and love it, can you help me install the proagram on this laptop?
