I recieved an error from W LiveOne care and downloaded a fix..next thing I know, all my sent messages (on my computer !) are gone !
Not acceptable, also not acceptable is the lack of customer service for this program, I belive I must go back to
a third party for my security needs....how can I trust a program that has no ability to communicate with it's
customers except through a dam forum ???????????????
U folks need to be able to directly communicate to your customers...otherwise, you will soon find out, u don't have any !
VERY DISSAPOINTED !!!!!, and a long time supporter of MS...

Without knowing what your error was or what fix you downloaded, I can still tell you that I do not believe that OneCare and your missing email are related.
