Windows Live OneCare won't update... red button

I have checked my account info and it does not expire until 18 Oct 2008 however, auto updates aren't happening. We have 2 computers on the account - one says it expires in 6 months and one says it expires in 3 months. We are hesitant to add our newest and third computer. Should I just re-install from the CD?????

Are you checking the account information at http://billing.microsoft.com? Are both computers activated with the same LiveID? When you say updates are not happening, do you mean that OneCare is reporting that it is unable to update?
