Tuesday, April 27, 2010 9:20 PMI have a WIndows Live One Care subsription, however my hard drive was erased and i am trying to add my subscription to this computer. The problem is I cant remember my Windows Live ID or password is there anyway around this??

If you have One Care installed on another computer you can open One Care>Help>About Windows Live One Care and you will see the Live ID associated with your subscription. If you do not have One Care installed on another computer or if you cannot remember the correct password you can contact support for help.
